Role overview

This position focuses on building awareness for Lupin’s neuro rehabilitation centre across Delhi and NCR. The incumbent will engage with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders, explain the patient benefits of the centre using company-provided promotional and detailing material, and help drive patient visits so that more people in the region can benefit from the service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet doctors and other relevant stakeholders across Delhi and NCR to present information about Lupin’s neuro rehab centre and its value for patients.
• Use the company’s approved detailing aids and promotional content to communicate patient benefits clearly to doctors and hospitals.
• Build patient footfall at the neuro rehab centre by encouraging referrals and awareness among healthcare providers.
• Visit assigned customers at the frequency defined by the company.
• Run company-directed awareness initiatives at doctors’ clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare locations.
• Coordinate closely with the rehab team to execute business and field strategies effectively.
• Gather insights on the needs of doctors, hospitals, patients, and caregivers, and pass structured market feedback to the leadership team on the prescribed schedule.
• Work towards achieving the targeted number of patient visits at the neuro rehab centre.

Experience and education

The role calls for 8–10 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years as a First Line Manager. A graduation degree in Pharmacy is required; no post-graduation requirement has been specified.
