Overview

A respected independent brand and design consultancy in London is hiring a Junior or Midweight Graphic Designer to join a compact, high-performing creative team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director and the CEO/CCO across international projects covering brand identity, retail environments, spatial graphics, digital work, and more.

What You Will Do

Bring forward ideas and creative input throughout the design workflow.
Independently develop design work that translates creative direction into finished outputs.
Work in sync with strategy, interiors, content, and production specialists.
Create accurate artwork and production-ready assets with a sharp eye for detail.

Skills and Experience

A degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Graphic Design or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of Figma would be an advantage.
A portfolio that demonstrates range across brand, print, and digital work, with polished and original creative output.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is £26,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.

Location

This position is based in London and follows a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office.
