Role overview
This is an opportunity to join a growing technology-led FMCG business that has expanded across the UK and into parts of Europe and Asia. The company is building new teams in multiple markets and is seeking Junior Business Development Managers to help expand its customer base and grow sales in assigned territories.
The position suits someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and representing a well-known brand in a consultative, customer-focused way. This is largely a remote role with significant autonomy, allowing you to organise your own diary and shape your own progression.

- Basic salary of £27,000 per year

Key responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the company, its market, competitors, and target customers
- Plan territories effectively by identifying the right prospects and deciding when to visit them
- Speak with prospects by phone and visit client locations to strengthen relationships, handle objections, and explain the business value proposition
- Roll out marketing and category initiatives across your customer base
- Track and manage sales performance within your assigned territory
- Represent the company professionally at regional and national conferences, while networking with existing customers to support further growth
