Role summary
This position is for a Junior Business Development professional who will help drive client growth by managing the operational and administrative side of business development. The role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a structured environment where consistency and accuracy matter. You will support senior account and business development leaders by handling the behind-the-scenes processes that keep client work and growth initiatives moving smoothly.
Administrative and operational support
- Keep business development files, trackers, and records current, accurate, and well organized.
- Handle follow-ups for internal workflows, meeting summaries, action points, and timelines.
- Draft, format, and polish proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to a professional standard.
Client relationship support
- Assist with onboarding and day-to-day coordination for both new and ongoing client relationships.
- Help align internal teams and client contacts so project kick-offs run smoothly.
- Represent Dāw professionally in client interactions while working under the direction of senior leadership.
Pipeline and reporting
- Update the business development pipeline and CRM records regularly.
- Monitor business development activity and prepare progress updates across accounts.
- Maintain well-structured, current files, data, and communications at all times.
Design and Microsoft Office work
- Create and refine documents, decks, and presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Support formatting and visual presentation tasks to keep materials polished and consistent.
- Ensure all external-facing assets follow Dāw's brand standards and quality expectations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline is needed.
- About 1 to 3 years of experience in business development support, administration, or coordination is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with design software.
- Excellent organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
- Comfort with routine, process-based work and a steady focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Solid capability with AI tools and platforms, including using them effectively in daily work.
- Exposure to, or a real interest in, the creative, advertising, or production space.
- English fluency is required.
Additional information
This role is based in the Riyadh Region and is structured as a full-time, onsite position.
