Compensation
Starting pay is between $15.55 and $19.65 per hour.
Key Duties
- Keep the store and public areas clean and presentable.
- Clean shower rooms and restroom facilities.
- Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
- Carry out basic store repairs and routine maintenance.
- Collect and remove trash throughout the travel center.
- Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain well-kept facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day standing or walking.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work in a similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to handle minor fixes is preferred.
