Role overview
As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, safe, and presentable. Your work supports hygiene across key areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zone.

Compensation
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $16 to $29. The final rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, employees may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also apply in certain situations and can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed; multiple premiums may be available when more than one condition is met.

This is a full-time role with opening and morning shifts available.
Key duties
Keep the store environment clean and safe, with attention to customer-facing and operational spaces throughout the property.
