Role Overview
KK Engineering is seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer to help keep everyday technology running smoothly and to provide dependable support to staff. This role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems, assisting users, and building experience with modern IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end users with issues related to hardware, software, and workplace technology.
- Identify faults and work through fixes quickly and effectively.
- Install and configure computers, mobile devices, and core business applications.
- Help manage user accounts and access-related requests.
- Carry out regular maintenance tasks and assist with software updates.
- Record support tickets, resolutions, and technical processes clearly.
- Work with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and user experience.
Required Skills and Experience
