Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Sourcer to help the recruitment function find, attract, and connect with technology professionals across India. This position is centered on building candidate pipelines, identifying relevant talent, and supporting delivery for a range of technical hiring needs.

Responsibilities
- Identify IT talent using professional networking platforms, job boards, internal candidate records, referrals, and other industry networks.
- Create and nurture pipelines for engineering and technology positions.
- Keep candidate records and sourcing activity logs updated and accurate.
- Assist with market research and talent mapping for specialized technology skill sets.
- Use LinkedIn and similar tools effectively to find relevant candidates.
- Review technical resumes and shortlist people based on job-specific requirements.
- Communicate with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the sourcing cycle.
- Handle several open requisitions at the same time while maintaining quality in the shortlisted profiles.
Requirements
- Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and other search channels.
- Comfort with reading technical profiles and understanding IT skill sets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep candidates engaged.
- Capability to work across multiple hiring requests and produce relevant, high-quality profiles.
