Role Overview
Cruisetech is hiring a driven IT Project Manager to own the planning, delivery, and execution of technology programs across the business. The position covers projects such as software rollouts and infrastructure improvements, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines, aligning with business priorities, and keeping multiple teams coordinated. Success in this role calls for solid technical awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT initiatives from the early planning stage through final delivery.
- Work closely with developers, engineers, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track schedules, budgets, and allocation of people and other resources.
- Spot project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, then put mitigation plans in place.
- Share progress updates with leadership and help keep stakeholders aligned.
- Maintain proper project records while ensuring compliance and quality expectations are met.
Candidate Profile
- You should bring at least 3 years of experience handling IT or technical projects.
- Experience with project delivery approaches such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is important.
- A working understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or infrastructure elements is needed.
- You must be comfortable communicating and leading both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project is expected.
- Professional credentials such as PMP or Scrum Master are advantageous.
