Role Summary

The IT Operations Associate helps manage daily technology operations for clients, with special emphasis on smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences through email, Slack, and virtual meetings such as Google Meet and Zoom. This is a remote position.

The role centers on carrying out and helping refine client processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and technology procurement.

  • Contribute to the improvement of current IT operations systems and day-to-day workflows.
  • Work closely with client contacts to keep communication clear across IT, operations, and HR-related processes.
  • Handle support requests through email, Slack, and the ticketing system.
  • Record client requests, follow them through to resolution, identify recurring issues, and ensure consistently strong service.
  • Process ad hoc administrative IT requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and procurement.
  • Help deliver client data security training with other team members.
  • Take on additional related duties as required.
