Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on building a qualified lead pipeline, connecting with prospects, and engaging the right business decision-makers to understand requirements and position the product effectively.
Responsibilities
- Spot potential customers and assess which leads are worth pursuing.
- Generate prospects through lead sources, events or trade shows, follow-ups, and cold outreach.
- Pinpoint the appropriate decision-makers within target businesses.
- Record customer details and conversation notes accurately in the CRM system.
