Role overview
We are seeking a capable and hands-on Information Technology Manager to take charge of day-to-day IT operations, strengthen infrastructure, and keep technology services dependable, secure, and efficient across the organization. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic direction with practical execution and wants to help drive business performance through technology.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s IT environment, including infrastructure, systems, networks, servers, and business applications.
- Safeguard information assets by overseeing cybersecurity practices, data protection measures, and adherence to governance requirements.
- Guide support staff and ensure timely delivery of IT services for employees and internal teams.
- Coordinate system enhancements, software rollouts, and continuous technology improvements.
- Track system health, availability, incidents, and service performance against SLA and KPI targets.
- Work closely with business teams to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
- Handle IT budgets, vendor coordination, procurement activities, and asset oversight.
- Create and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in IT leadership, infrastructure, or systems administration, along with a strong grasp of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. You should be comfortable leading teams, solving complex technical issues, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and an understanding of IT governance and compliance frameworks are also important.
