Image Evaluation Generalist

Overview

This contract role is for an Image Evaluation Generalist working remotely. The assignment focuses on reviewing images against detailed project rules, documenting issues clearly, and helping keep quality standards consistent as guidelines evolve. The expected time commitment is 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation set at $20 to $30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess images using the project’s review instructions and quality benchmarks.
• Spot visual flaws, inconsistencies, and any departures from the required criteria, then record them accurately.
• Write short, organized explanations that support each review outcome.
• Coordinate with teammates to stay aligned whenever the rubric or evaluation rules are revised.
• Notice unusual or previously unaddressed image cases, and clearly describe them for further review.
• Help improve project documentation by pointing out unclear instructions or missing guidance.

Requirements

• Proven background in structured review or evaluation work.
• Strong eye for detail, especially when identifying small visual differences or issues.
• Ability to communicate in clear, concise written English.
• Prior exposure to content moderation, quality assurance, annotation, or trust and safety work is beneficial.
• Comfort using review systems or annotation tools for digital content.
