Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a Human Resources Director. The role involves leading and managing all HR functions for our distributed team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with UCA's mission and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. Key duties include managing employee relations, advising managers on performance management, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will also provide guidance to leadership on labor and employment matters, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with wage, hour, and workplace regulations. Furthermore, this role contributes to shaping our organizational culture, creating training programs, and fostering an inclusive, ethical, and collaborative work environment.

Prior experience in education, counseling, or professional services environments is considered a valuable asset.
