About the Company
A respected manufacturing business operating in the FMCG space, based in Mulund, Mumbai.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading HR activities across the organization, with focus areas that include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role also requires close coordination with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including hiring, joining formalities, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to applicable labour regulations and statutory requirements.
- Work with department heads on manpower planning and organization development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree or an MBA in Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification. The role calls for 10 to 12 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of labour law, compliance processes, leadership ability, and a results-driven mindset are important. Familiarity with HRMS is also required.
Work Schedule
Weekly off includes Sundays and alternate Saturdays.
