About the Role
This internship is for a proactive Human Resource Intern focused on Talent Acquisition. The role supports the recruitment team across the full hiring cycle while offering practical exposure to core HR work.
Role Summary
The position is based in Mumbai and follows a work-from-office setup. The monthly stipend is 10,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential candidates using job portals, professional networking platforms, and employee referrals.
- Review and shortlist resumes against the requirements of each role.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
- Keep recruitment trackers and candidate records updated.
- Stay in touch with candidates at each stage of the hiring process.
- Support preparation of offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and joining-related formalities.
- Assist the team with campus recruitment and hiring events.
Eligibility
Applicants should be MBA (HR) students or graduates/postgraduates who are currently pursuing or have already completed their course. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with a basic understanding of recruitment and MS Office.
