Penta Global Engineering Construction Company LLC is hiring an experienced HSE Manager to support Oil & Gas and EPC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role calls for a professional who can drive site safety performance, lead HSE teams, and ensure full alignment with ADNOC, OSHAD, and other applicable HSE standards.

Core responsibilities
- Own and execute project HSE plans, related procedures, and safety improvement initiatives.
- Carry out risk assessments, HSE audits, site inspections, and investigations into incidents.
- Make sure project activities comply with ADNOC, OSHAD, and company HSE standards.
- Build and maintain emergency response plans while tracking project safety performance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams on all HSE-related topics.
- Run HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
- Track HSE KPIs and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
- Guide and supervise HSE Engineers, Senior HSE Officers, and HSE Officers.
- Encourage a strong safety mindset and continuous improvement across project sites.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- NEBOSH IGC/GC certification is mandatory.
- A diploma in Safety or HSE is considered an added advantage.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and/or ISO 14001 certification is preferred.
- At least 12 years of total experience, including more than 5 years as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas or EPC environments.
- Solid working knowledge of permit-to-work systems, risk assessment methods, HSE audits, emergency planning, and incident investigations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
