Overview

Hyatt Place AlUla is preparing for its opening in Saudi Arabia, and the property will be an important step in Hyatt’s growth across the region. The hotel is planned to offer 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage venues, meeting facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness center designed to serve both leisure and business guests.

Role Summary

The Housing Manager will be responsible for running employee accommodation operations and maintaining a secure, pleasant, and well-kept living environment for colleagues. The role also requires strong control over housing standards and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of employee housing facilities.
• Keep accommodation areas clean, secure, and comfortable at all times.
• Carry out routine checks of housing units and shared spaces to confirm compliance with company expectations.
• Work with the relevant teams to arrange maintenance, repairs, and property improvement work.
• Track occupancy levels, room assignments, and accommodation records for colleagues.
• Ensure housing rules, safety requirements, and accommodation guidelines are followed.
• Maintain inventories of housing supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Respond to colleague concerns and resolve housing-related issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, records, and other administrative paperwork related to housing operations.
• Assist with pre-opening housing preparation and make sure accommodation is ready for incoming colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior background in housing, staff accommodation, facilities management, or hospitality operations.
• Solid understanding of housing administration and facility management procedures.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate people effectively.
• Well-developed organizational, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to juggle several operational priorities at once.
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and accommodation standards.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent command of English communication.
