Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for keeping guest rooms, common areas, and other parts of the property clean, neat, and well stocked. The role involves day-to-day cleaning, organizing spaces, replenishing supplies, supporting laundry work, and flagging maintenance concerns. You will work closely with other team members to help ensure a pleasant experience for guests. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur, Kerala.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Carry out routine cleaning, arranging, and replenishing of supplies as needed.
• Support laundry-related tasks when required.
• Observe hygiene and safety standards while performing daily work.
• Identify and report repair or maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Traits

• Ability to handle laundry-related tasks and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills for interacting politely with guests and coworkers.
• Strong organizational ability and effective time management.
• Open to training and following company procedures and standards.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar environment will be considered an advantage.
