Role Overview
Boudl Hotels and Resorts Co. is looking for a seasoned Hotel Manager to take charge of daily property operations and lead a high-performing hospitality team. This position is a practical, on-site leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest service, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Direct the hotel’s everyday operations and make sure each department functions smoothly and efficiently.
- Create and implement strategies that improve performance, occupancy, and revenue.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and expense control activities.
- Work with the marketing team to shape and roll out promotional initiatives.
- Develop strong working relationships with guests, suppliers, and corporate partners.
- Make sure the property consistently meets safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, guide, and support team members so service standards remain high.
- Track key performance indicators, prepare reports for management, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a constructive, energetic workplace culture that reflects company values.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role in hospitality is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is needed; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills are essential, and Arabic or another language will be beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with hotel software such as Opera, Protel, or equivalent systems, along with MS Office tools, is expected.
- The role calls for strong leadership, communication, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Applicants should be able to work under pressure, manage conflicts professionally, and remain composed in challenging situations.
- A solid grasp of hotel operations, guest service, and revenue management is important.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a hospitality operation with a focus on service excellence, profitability, and team development.
