Hostess (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a Hostess at L'Osteria in Berlin, you will be the first friendly face guests meet. Your job is to welcome them warmly, guide them to their table, and make sure they feel comfortable from the very beginning. Whether you already have experience or are changing careers, you will receive the training needed to get started successfully in the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests as the face of the restaurant and handle seating efficiently.
• Coordinate take-away orders and help keep guest flow organized.
• Manage table allocation for both reservations and walk-in guests.
• Handle reservation requests through the restaurant’s booking system.
• Respond to guest questions and share information about dishes, menus, promotions, and events.
