Role overview
This position is part of the food and beverage team and focuses on creating a warm, polished dining experience for guests. The role is not limited to serving food and drinks; it is about making each interaction feel thoughtful, smooth, and memorable.
As a guest service professional, you will help shape the dining experience through attentive service, coordination with the kitchen, table setup, guest interaction, and keeping service and work areas orderly.
Key duties
- Prepare tables and dining areas for service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth meal delivery.
- Interact with guests and provide service in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Help ensure that dining transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.
- Keep work areas and service supplies clean and organized.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.
Work expectations
The job requires a strong focus on safety, policy compliance, quality standards, and professional conduct at all times. You should be comfortable being active throughout the shift and handling physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching as needed.
You may need to work across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and handle items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
