What the role involves

In this position, you will deliver customer shopping directly to homes while acting as the face of Iceland. You will be expected to protect product quality, follow safe working methods, and provide a dependable service that leaves customers satisfied.

• Load the van safely, including handling heavy items and following manual handling guidance
• Drive in line with road safety and safe driving standards at all times
• Carry out vehicle checks before and during use
• Make sure groceries reach customers in excellent condition
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support store colleagues when needed
• Work on your own and manage time effectively
• Remain flexible for shifts that may run between 6:00am and 11:00pm

What the employer is looking for

Applicants should bring a valid full driving licence that has been held for at least 3 years and must have no more than 6 penalty points.
