About the internship
This internship is a full-time, in-office helpdesk role based in Delhi. The selected candidate will support an animal welfare support desk, manage incoming complaints, update case records, coordinate with on-ground teams and partners, and help keep service operations running smoothly.
What you will do
- Receive and respond to animal welfare complaints coming in through phone calls, WhatsApp, the website, and other channels.
- Log new cases and keep the Pukaar system updated with accurate information.
- Work with field teams, veterinarians, and partner organizations to move cases forward.
- Monitor case status and follow up to ensure each matter is closed in a timely manner.
- Provide callers with basic service-related guidance and information.
- Keep records organized and support the preparation of operational reports.
Who can apply

Stipend
