Role overview

The Hard Services Supervisor will oversee hard services delivery across Misk Schools buildings, helping keep the physical environment safe, functional, and well maintained. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the upkeep and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, low-current, and other building systems.

  • Review preventative maintenance plans submitted by service providers.
  • Verify as-built drawings and check new installations against site conditions.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities carried out by the provider.
