Role overview
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Handyperson to join its Total Facilities Management team. The role supports the upkeep of buildings and facilities across three Extra Care contracts, with the main base in Hull HU7 and occasional work also needed in HU3 and HU6.
The Total Facilities Management function provides joined-up asset management and maintenance support across education, leisure, corporate, health, and residential environments. The aim is to keep sites operating safely, efficiently, and in good condition for clients and end users.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with an earlier 4:30pm finish on Fridays. Because of contract demands, some evening and weekend cover may be required during busy periods. The role also includes participation in a one-in-five-week call-out rota. A shared automatic company electric van will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be practical, organised, and able to solve problems effectively. A strong commitment to high standards, safe working, and well-maintained spaces is important.
