Graphic Designer

Overview

Superskrypt is hiring a Graphic/Web Designer to collaborate with the Superskrypt & Podpunkt team on visually ambitious work. The role suits someone who enjoys shaping strong visual identities, building engaging stories, and contributing to sophisticated e-commerce experiences alongside a highly regarded design group in Poland.

Project Scope

The work may include interactive multimedia installations for museums and trade fairs, branding projects, packaging, award-recognized websites for brands and products, and social or marketing campaigns built around gamified experiences.

Recognition and Standards

Over the past year, the team’s work received multiple industry awards, including 12 European Design Awards, 2 awards for the best Polish mobile website at the Mobile Trend Awards, 5 KTR Competition awards, and several Awwwards Honorable Mentions. The studio places strong emphasis on product design, user experience, motion, and graphic design, with close attention to detail.

Requirements

Applicants should have experience in branding and/or web design, along with creativity, originality, familiarity with current design trends and technology, strong collaboration skills, and good personal organization. Proficiency is expected in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

Additional Skills

Helpful extras include experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Figma, and 3D tools.

What’s Offered

The position provides the chance to work with award-winning designers on demanding, high-profile assignments. It is based in a vintage office in central Warsaw (Mokotów) and gives the designer a meaningful voice in project decisions. The employment arrangement can be chosen as UoP or B2B, and the salary range is 7,000–12,000 PLN.
