Role Overview
A five-star hotel in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Gelato Chef to strengthen its culinary team. The position is focused on producing high-quality gelato and supporting dessert preparation within a luxury hospitality setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and produce gelato to a professional standard.
- Contribute pastry-related skills when needed for dessert and sweet preparations.
- Maintain consistency, creativity, and a strong focus on product quality.
- Work in line with the expectations of a premium hospitality environment.
Candidate Profile
- You should already be based in Saudi Arabia.
- You must be ready to begin work as soon as possible.
- Prior hands-on experience in gelato making and preparation is required.
- Background or capability in pastry work is strongly preferred.
- A genuine interest in excellence, creativity, and hospitality service is important.
