Role Overview

In this full-time Butler position, you will help maintain service quality across assigned communities. The work schedule is five days or nights each week, depending on the market, and may involve covering multiple properties during a shift, either independently or alongside a team. You will also assist with operational gaps and respond to emergencies when needed.

Key Duties

  • Gather trash and recycling from resident doorsteps throughout assigned communities, including upper-floor homes where stairs are required.
  • Move waste using a leak-resistant tote from the property to your truck and then to the approved compactor or disposal location.
  • Keep compactor and dumpster areas clean and safe before finishing the shift.
  • Enter nightly service records into the company’s proprietary tracking system.
  • Coordinate with Operations Management to complete service requirements.
  • Carry out physical work in outdoor environments, including long walks across properties, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods.
  • Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
