The position calls for a polished and customer-oriented professional who can manage incoming queries across calls, chat, and message-based channels. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive and courteous customer support across calls, chats, and digital communication channels.
- Answer customer questions with accuracy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Address complaints, requests, and concerns in a calm, practical, and solution-focused way.
- Keep complete and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to help resolve issues and maintain smooth service flow.
- Follow internal communication rules and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English with a polished, fluent, and professional manner.
