Role overview
Burjline Builders is seeking a Fleet Team Lead in Doha to take charge of day-to-day fleet and logistics activities. The role is focused on keeping operations organized, guiding the team effectively, and ensuring that all work is carried out in line with required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field-based teams to support smooth operations.
- Track routine fleet activities, including scheduling and operational reporting.
- Make sure safety rules and operating procedures are consistently followed.
- Liaise with internal departments to address and close operational issues quickly.
- Compile reports and keep accurate records of team and fleet performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or fleet operations, including driving experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams.
- Good English communication abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and preparing reports.
