Role overview

We are hiring a practical, energetic Fleet Operations Driver who can work shifts and support the day-to-day deployment of e-scooters across the city. The goal is to make sure there is always a usable scooter available for customers.

What the role involves

Your main job is to keep the city tidy and the fleet well distributed by moving e-scooters to the right locations. You will also help ensure the scooters are charged, safe to ride, and available where customers need them.

The work includes rebalancing misplaced scooters, returning damaged ones to the warehouse for repairs, and helping maintain high safety standards for riders.

Main tasks

• Operate vans to collect scooters, deploy them around the city, or exchange batteries.
• Park scooters neatly so streets and sidewalks remain clear.
• Locate missing scooters, inspect their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or place them back into service.
• Carry out small street-side fixes to improve fleet availability.
• Support the warehouse operations team whenever additional help is needed.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and a reliable, safety-first approach. Professional driving experience can be helpful, but it is not mandatory.

You should have an EU B driving licence and be comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles. Good local area knowledge is important, along with solid English-speaking ability. Experience with smartphones and mechanical tools is also expected.
