Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a remote Finance Specialist with strong Microsoft Office capabilities, supporting the creation of training data for next-generation AI systems. The work centers on analyzing financial cases, checking the accuracy of data, and preparing well-structured documentation. The position is fully remote and can be done from anywhere.
The assignment is intended for someone with practical finance expertise, especially in reporting, validation, and improving workflows. You will also use Google Workspace tools to build, review, and refine financial materials while contributing to AI model development for the finance domain.
Compensation
The payout for this role is $63 to $119 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and annotate financial scenarios and datasets using strong finance analysis skills.
- Review, revise, and produce accurate financial reports based on real-world documentation experience.
- Use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides to prepare, verify, and improve finance-related materials and training content.
- Examine financial workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Work remotely with team members and communicate clearly in both written and spoken formats to support collaboration and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid background in finance analysis, including reporting, data validation, and process improvement.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to transfer those skills into a Google Workspace environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote teamwork.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting quality standards.
- Comfort with new tools, systems, and workflows, along with a willingness to learn quickly.
