Role Overview
The Finance Executive will handle day-to-day accounting work, coordinate between marketing and logistics, and provide backup support to the AM Finance by taking care of accounting operations whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock-related accounting and sales accounting entries.
- Record and track customer ledger transactions accurately.
- Act as a link between the marketing team and the logistics function.
- Support the Assistant Manager – Finance and independently manage accounting activities when required.
- Maintain books of accounts and handle routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Work on income tax provisions, especially matters related to TDS.
- Handle purchase accounting for goods and services.
- Apply knowledge of GST regulations in daily finance work.
- Use SAP if available; prior exposure is considered an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- A B.Com qualification is the minimum requirement.
- Preferred additional qualifications include M.Com, CA/ICWA Inter, or an MBA in Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Understanding of the Income Tax Act, particularly TDS provisions.
- Familiarity with GST compliance and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of purchase accounting for both goods and services.
- SAP experience is beneficial.

Location: Ahmedabad, India.
Salary: INR 7,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
