Role overview
The Finance Executive will handle core compliance, reporting, banking, and coordination responsibilities within the finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate governance activities and statutory MCA-related filings.
- Oversee tax compliance work, including income tax, GST, and professional tax.
- Maintain banking relationships and monitor fund flow.
- Support audit processes and the finalization of accounts.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure finance-related coordination is smooth.
