About the role
The Field Sales Representative will help drive revenue growth for home care services in Adelaide and nearby areas. The role involves visiting prospective clients at home, learning about their care requirements, and helping them understand why The CareSide may be the right choice.
You will work only with pre-qualified inbound leads, so there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting. The position requires a consultative style, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and clear communication. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the marketing and care teams to ensure a smooth experience for each client.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective clients in their homes, assess their needs, and explain the services offered by The CareSide.
- Track and manage a pipeline of qualified leads while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Respond to concerns and objections while supporting clients through the buying decision.
- Follow up with prospects and family members to move opportunities forward and close sales.
- Work with the Sales Manager to strengthen performance through coaching and ongoing training.
Candidate profile
The company is looking for someone who is organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is helpful, though not essential.

Compensation
The package includes a $70,000 base salary with an $85,000 OTE.
Additional information
This is a field-based role in Adelaide, South Australia, and surrounding areas. The position is full-time and onsite. Work will involve meeting clients in person at their homes and coordinating closely with internal teams.
