Inizio Engage partners with a leading biotechnology organization on an innovative migraine treatment portfolio. The company is hiring a performance-focused Field Operations Manager to guide and support a distributed team of Field and Virtual Service Representatives serving this program. The role combines day-to-day operational leadership with direct field involvement to help ensure commercial plans are executed consistently across assigned territories.

This opportunity is for someone who wants to contribute to a healthcare-focused program and represent a biotechnology company helping improve care for people living with migraine.

What you’ll do

• Hire, train, coach, and manage a dispersed group of Field and Virtual Service Representatives.
• Carry out regular field visits and ride-alongs to review customer interactions, reinforce key messaging, offer live coaching, and support alignment with program goals.
• Act as the main operational point of contact between the field team, internal departments, and client leadership.
• Track performance metrics and work with senior leaders to keep targets and timelines on track.
• Spot operational issues and put practical improvements in place to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management so the team remains prepared and compliant.
• Contribute to quality improvement work aimed at improving field effectiveness.
• Handle administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including time reporting, system updates, and written summaries.
• Ensure all activity follows HIPAA requirements and broader compliance standards.

What you need

• A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field-based operations management or sales leadership position.
• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead field teams.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field coaching and ride-alongs, with an expected average of 20%–30% depending on the district.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed.
• Comfort working independently and using sound judgment when handling escalated situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary for this position is $91,000 to $169,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, internal pay equity, and business requirements.
