Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dammam for a Factory Manager/Supervisor. The selected professional will take charge of day-to-day plant operations, from production scheduling and workforce deployment to maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments. The role also involves resolving operational bottlenecks, partnering with maintenance to reduce downtime, and coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales to keep production aligned with orders and project deadlines.

Key Duties

• Plan and manage daily production activity, including schedules, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Supervise factory staff and ensure targets, productivity, and safety expectations are met.
• Oversee the full manufacturing workflow and improve operational efficiency across the plant.
• Track production results, identify issues, and put corrective actions in place when needed.
• Work with maintenance teams to limit equipment downtime and support uninterrupted output.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales to match manufacturing plans with customer demand and project timelines.
• Introduce process improvements that support better output, quality, and resource use.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed throughout the facility.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members while building a high-performing workforce.
• Prepare regular reports on productivity, quality performance, and utilization of resources.

Requirements

• Solid experience in production planning and scheduling, including capacity planning and allocation of resources.
• Background in leading manufacturing teams with responsibility for targets, performance, and safety.
• Ability to manage factory operations end to end and coordinate smoothly with different stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and corrective action processes.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a careful approach to detail and workplace safety.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities, with the capability to coach and develop staff.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Dammam and able to perform well in a fast-moving production environment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising kitchen or furniture manufacturing factories.
