Role overview
Join a survey team supporting the planning, delivery, and completion of survey works for rail and road construction projects in Singapore.
What you will do
- Coordinate multiple survey-related contracts, such as topographical surveys, utility detection, trial trenching, and scan-to-BIM work, while keeping collaboration across teams on track.
- Create and upkeep shared templates, checklists, and work standards so survey outputs remain consistent and efficient.
- Help move pilot efforts into routine operating processes as part of ongoing improvement work.
- Improve how survey data is structured and prepared for GIS use so internal teams can access and reuse it more easily.
- Support delivery officers with technical coordination and escalate governance matters to senior officers when needed to meet project standards and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- Background or strong exposure in land surveying, geomatics, or a similar field.
- Good understanding of survey processes and outputs, including topographical surveys, as-built documentation, survey control, and utility-related survey information.
- Ability to assess how survey deliverables are used by downstream stakeholders and improve them so they are accurate, practical, and ready for use.
- Working knowledge of GIS principles and spatial data management.
- Strong English writing, speaking, and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, practical, and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with infrastructure projects, digital survey tools, or data automation initiatives would be an advantage.
