Role overview

This position is for a Brand Manager based in Mumbai. The role focuses on planning, shaping, and delivering marketing and brand communication initiatives across assigned geographies. The aim is to strengthen brand value, create engaging brand experiences, and drive qualified interest for real estate projects through impactful activations, site walkthroughs, and marketing materials.

Core responsibilities

Strategic planning

  • Define and lead the marketing approach for both the corporate brand and individual projects.
  • Build media plans that improve project awareness and help the right target audience discover the offering.
  • Design and implement public relations and influencer outreach plans that keep the brand narrative consistent.
  • Develop a distinct brand position using strong storytelling and messaging centered on customer needs.
  • Convert customer insights and competitor analysis into practical branding opportunities.

Operational execution

  • Carry out market studies and benchmark competitors to understand local micro-market behavior and buyer expectations.
  • Plan and oversee project walkthrough experiences such as sample flat tours, 3D site visits, virtual walkthroughs, project films, and digital show suites.
  • Create and coordinate end-to-end marketing assets, including brochures, leaflets, coffee table books, video teasers, testimonials, drone footage, AVs, digital creatives, microsites, emailers, social banners, hoardings, signage, standees, model flat branding, and site office décor.
  • Partner with agencies to build immersive site branding and launch experiences that reinforce the brand story from first touchpoint to transaction.
  • Manage ATL, BTL, and TTL activities such as events, promotions, media placements, hoardings, email campaigns, and related initiatives.
  • Lead on-ground activation plans for project launches, handovers, milestone events, and similar occasions.
