Role overview
The Executive Associate – Production Microbial role supports microbial production activities at the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad location. The position focuses on routine process support, preparation tasks, cleaning and decontamination, and adherence to quality and safety standards during manufacturing operations.
Key duties
- Carry out autoclaving of process materials and the accessories needed for production.
- Handle decontamination and safe disposal of used process accessories and related waste.
- Perform dry heat sterilization of glassware used in the process.
- Wash glassware and other process accessories to keep them ready for use.
- Prepare disinfectants and clean the cleanroom area as required.
- Assist manufacturing staff throughout production runs.
- Support batch monitoring and help prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Participate in on-the-job, cGMP, and safety training sessions.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow workplace safety practices.
Experience
Candidates with 0 to 7 years of work experience can be considered.
Education
Preferred qualifications include a graduation degree in Microbiology or Chemistry, or a master’s degree in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
