This position supports a leadership group that includes two Vice Presidents by handling a broad mix of administrative and coordination tasks. Key responsibilities

  • Keep executive calendars organized, arrange meetings and conferences, and coordinate business travel.

  • Create and maintain communication materials, meeting documents, forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and tracking databases.
