This opportunity is to support the Senior Vice President of Resort Operations in a high-trust executive assistant role. The position calls for someone highly organised, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to stay ahead of shifting priorities and manage executive-level logistics smoothly and discreetly. You will also partner closely with the Administrative Assistant in Bundall, Queensland, and coordinate with the broader EA network to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and first filter for the Senior Vice President of Resort Operations.
  • Oversee the executive inbox, a demanding calendar, and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and communications for senior leadership.
  • Set up meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up items.
  • Plan and coordinate bi-annual executive offsites and company events.
  • Manage expense submissions, approvals, and board-related communication.
  • Arrange VIP travel, guest coordination, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep organisational charts, access credentials, and system records up to date.
  • Support communication and meeting coordination connected to YPO.
  • Provide flexibility to assist outside regular working hours when needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting senior leaders at C-suite or SVP level and be comfortable handling confidential information with care and professionalism. Success in this role depends on excellent planning, multitasking, prioritisation, and communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office. The ability to take shorthand and produce accurate minutes is essential. A collaborative, service-oriented approach and willingness to travel occasionally for events and executive support are also important.

Rewards and Benefits

  • Funding for professional development.
  • Discounted hotel accommodation across Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand.
  • Strong opportunities for career progression.
  • Birthday leave.

Workplace Culture

Hospitality is central to the company’s culture. The team values inclusion, teamwork, celebration, and a strong customer experience. Employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute to both the business and the communities around it.

Equal Opportunity and Accommodations

The employer is committed to equal opportunity and reviews all applications without regard to protected characteristics. If you need a reasonable accommodation to complete your application or any step of the recruitment process, you may request support by emailing the company and including the job title and location.
