About Cyera
Cyera is building the layer of trust that helps organizations adopt AI securely. Its goal is to help enterprises confidently use AI by controlling what it can access and how it behaves as it becomes more deeply embedded in business operations. The company began by tackling a major challenge in data security: locating and protecting data with greater speed and precision. That work now serves as core AI trust infrastructure for large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 organizations.
Role overview
Cyera is looking for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leaders with a mix of executive, operational, and select personal assistance work. The position is suited to someone who is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving growth-stage environment. The role also calls for someone who is enthusiastic about using AI and automation to improve productivity, simplify workflows, and surface useful business insights. This position is based in the New York City area and requires frequent in-person availability.
What you will do
- Run complex and frequently changing executive calendars, including meetings, conferences, and domestic or international travel.
- Handle administrative coordination such as correspondence, email drafting, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Serve as a central communication link between executives and both internal teams and outside stakeholders.
- Keep track of priorities, deadlines, strategic projects, and business goals.
- Manage sensitive information carefully and maintain a high level of discretion at all times.
- Create agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
- Capture meeting notes, monitor follow-up actions, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Help organize leadership meetings, team offsites, customer-facing events, and company-wide gatherings.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, lodging, and itineraries.
- Submit and track expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Keep digital files and operational records organized and up to date.
- Support select personal administrative needs such as personal appointments, reservations, service coordination, and related logistics.
- Identify issues early and solve them before they become blockers.
- Use AI tools to improve executive efficiency, reduce repetitive work, and strengthen operational processes.
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, agents, and other AI-enabled systems for executive operations.
- Evaluate new AI and productivity tools and help implement those that create measurable value.
- Use AI to collect, organize, and summarize business intelligence from multiple internal and external sources.
- Design scalable systems that reduce manual effort and improve information flow across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or comparable support role, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Background supporting senior executives in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Practical, hands-on use of AI tools to boost productivity and automate work is mandatory.
- Strong command of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project or productivity management tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to balance multiple priorities at once.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and a self-starting, accountable approach.
- Strong professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a rapidly changing environment.
Compensation and benefits
The expected total compensation for this role is $130,000 to $160,000.
