About the Role

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents that are professional and executive-ready.
  • Support expense-related workflows, including invoice handling and payment reconciliation.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive email and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Protect sensitive information and handle it with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Look ahead to potential issues, address them early, and reduce the chance of escalation.
  • Assist with special projects, strategic workstreams, and cross-functional coordination.
