Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for an Excel-focused Data Analyst supporting a client’s business decisions through careful analysis, preparation, and presentation of data. The position is fully remote and can be done from anywhere.
What You’ll Do
- Pull data from different sources and consolidate it into organized Excel-based reports.
- Clean, check, and standardize datasets so the information remains accurate and consistent.
- Build pivot tables, charts, and dashboards that make key metrics easy to understand.
- Study patterns and trends in the data to support decision-making.
- Work with teams across functions to understand requirements and turn them into useful insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
- Hands-on experience creating data analysis and reporting outputs in Excel.
- Ability to clean, reshape, and validate large datasets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Working knowledge of basic statistical analysis methods.
