Estimator (m/f/d)

Role overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented estimator to support bid preparation and commercial review tasks for construction-related projects in Oelsnitz, Saxony. The position involves reviewing tender documents, preparing cost calculations, contributing to negotiation processes, and checking contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Carefully examine incoming tender invitations and technical bid documents.
• Prepare pricing calculations for offers as well as follow-up and change-order estimates.
• Participate in contract award discussions and negotiation meetings.
• Review contractual documents for completeness and consistency.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a university of applied sciences or university degree in civil engineering, mathematical economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman or construction technician.
• Professional experience in the construction sector is an advantage, though motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of the relevant regulations, standards, and legal or technical provisions.
• High commitment, adaptability, independent working style, and strong teamwork skills.
