Role Overview
The organization is hiring seasoned electioneering professionals for Bengaluru with practical field experience in political campaigns, voter outreach, and booth-level execution. This role is meant for candidates who are comfortable working on the ground and managing election-related activities at client locations across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee booth-level operations and related field tasks.
- Support and coordinate political campaign activities.
- Handle electoral management work as required.
- Assist with poll-day planning and execution.
- Carry out ground-level assessments and share reports.
- Track political developments and provide relevant intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold any degree or a higher qualification. The role requires fluency in Kannada and English, along with at least 4 years of hands-on professional experience in political or election campaign work carried out on the ground.
Preferred Background
Applicants with a background in Political Science, Mass Communication, or Journalism are preferred. Candidates who can communicate in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu will receive added preference.
Work Location
Client sites across Bangalore, with the primary hiring area in Bengaluru South, Karnataka, India.
