About the Role
We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage end-to-end catalog operations for a prominent e-commerce platform's FBA business on a major online marketplace. This role involves overseeing data entry, classification, and quality assurance to guarantee precise and impactful product information. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve listing challenges and enhance operational workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for catalog processes and standard operating procedures, analyzing catalog performance data to identify areas for automation and scalability, and ensuring adherence to marketplace regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive catalog operations for an e-commerce platform's FBA business on a key online marketplace.
- Execute data entry, product classification, and quality control procedures to ensure accurate product details.
- Work with diverse teams to address listing problems and implement workflow enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation for catalog procedures and standard operating guidelines.
- Analyze catalog performance indicators to find opportunities for automation and scaling.
- Ensure all operations comply with marketplace policies and requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle a large volume of tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or a similar domain.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
- Previous experience with FBA operations and managing online marketplaces is required.
