Role Overview

This position is centered on e-commerce inventory planning and retail replenishment for supermarkets and hypermarkets. The selected professional will help keep stock levels healthy across distribution centers and stores, improve availability for the planned assortment, and support smooth supply flow for new and existing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inventory planning and replenishment across the retail network.
• Manage replenishment flows for supermarkets and hypermarkets.
• Maintain and update master data accurately.
• Ensure in-stock levels match the planned assortment so products remain available.
• Track stock movement in stores, identify the reasons for stock build-up or depletion, and act on corrective measures.
• Prepare and maintain vendor schedules so ordering and deliveries stay within the required lead time.
• Spot supply or production constraints and resolve them as they arise.
• Control inventory at both distribution centers and stores to take advantage of market opportunities when they appear.
• Support replenishment for new stores by understanding category-wise stock percentages and helping planners manage inventory gaps and out-of-stock items.
• Handle assortment planning, parameter updates, and related process enhancements.
• Coordinate stock supply for new store openings and share dispatch plans with the warehouse to align supply with store demand.
• Manage stock liquidation, maintain inventory levels, and push stock based on store sales performance.
• Keep store inventory aligned with actual demand and sales trends.

The role involves close coordination with planners, warehouses, vendors, and store teams to improve replenishment efficiency and maintain strong product availability across the network.
